RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders and personalized items (including custom Greek letter designs, personalized shields, and special requests made through our Custom Order Form)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items
