PROCESSING TIME

Standard Items (Keychains & Accessories): Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shields & Custom Orders: Shields and custom orders require additional production time and will ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We currently ship only within the United States via USPS and UPS.

Domestic Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided through USPS or UPS.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Greek Out is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All shields require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping
• Custom orders placed through our Custom Order Form require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping
• Standard items (keychains and accessories) ship within 1-3 business days

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us immediately at [your email]
• Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items
